Vista Icon Pack_3 System Patch Installer

Vista Icon Pack v3 patches even more icons than Vista Icon Pack v2. It also got a lot of new features like patch bootscreen, logonscreen, it even got an Auto-Update function! (all components are optional and don’t have to be installed)
